We love fooda happy My Burrito pig We love to cook great ingredients, where we know the quality of live the animals have enjoyed will be reflected in the food that we prepare – with love and passion. We are not Mexicans, not even Californians. We are a mish-mash of nationalities with one thing in common – a love, a passion for putting something really tasty and fresh in front of you.

Environment. We try to do our bit - our plates are made in the beautiful green forests of South India from the naturally shed leaves of the Areca Palm Tree. These versatile leaves are collected from the ground, washed and simply heat pressed into distinctive shapes in a toxin free environment.

We use pressure cookers, ensuring falling apart tenderness combined with low energy use - we cook our beans in 7 minutes!

Local sources. All our suppliers are local - with some of our meat coming from farms around Nailsea, Yatton and Kingston Seymour and the rest from farms in Devon. Free range or farm assured depending on who has what at the time.
